How long does shipping take?
European orders arrive within 2–4 working days with complimentary carbon-neutral shipping. International delivery takes 5–8 working days.
What is your returns policy?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Made-to-measure and altered items are final sale.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes — every VESPER garment includes complimentary repairs for the life of the piece. Contact client care to arrange.
Can I book a private appointment?
Absolutely. Private fittings and made-to-measure consultations are available at our Paris flagship six days a week.
